The Green Spotted Puffer is native to Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, inhabiting brackish mangrove areas and rivers near the coast, sold widely in Malaysia as aquarium fish. They are aggressive, grow to about 15cm, and need robust filtration and tank setups with caves as they age, with experts advising against keeping them long-term in freshwater.
They are dark green with white bellies and dark spots; juveniles are lighter green they do not grow to very big, up to 15cm (6 inches only)

Very common all over the State, including all districts of Seberang Perai.
